Hypothermia, not associated with low environmental temperature
It is an abnormally low body temperature, which is not an effect of warmth loss to the cold intermediate atmosphere. It refers to the core temperature of the body which can be measured in rectum or on the surface of eardrum. Hypothermia is the state when core temperature falls below 35 degrees Celsius.
