Palpitations of the heart
Palpitations are noticeable heartbeats that man senses without intending to, usually because the beats are fast or irregular. Palpitations are described as a steady beating, flip-flopping, or throbbing in the chest. Typical localization of the palpitations is the left mid chest, just below the breast. Among healthy people this condition may be simply a sudden awareness of a normal heartbeat. It may also be a potentially dangerous abnormal heart rhythm.
