Sexual arousal difficulities
Anorgasmy – inability to achieve orgasm in spite of normal sexual excitation. It can be a persistant disfunction or only temporary, connected with a sexual partner or specific situation. It is more often in women than in men. In men it is usually associated with impotency. It may be a result of mental disfunctions (and it can also induce neurosis), social and cultural conditions, anatomic disorders, endocrinological and nerological disfunctions, diabetes, drug and alcohol dependency, some medicaments.
