Nodular induration of the breast
Firm area sometimes with irregular borders felt on breast palpation. It can have various sizes: from 1 cm to breast-sized changes. Sometimes it occurs in second (luteal) phase of menstrual cycle. It can be also a symptom of fibrocystic mastopathy, neoplastic and inflammatory changes.
