Vomiting, sanguineous
Hematemesis = bloody vomiting – rapid throw of the blood out of the stomach through the mouth. It may be a manifestation of bleeding from esophagus (e.g. because of esophageal varices rupture), stomach or duodenum (e.g. bleeding ulcer). It is an indication to urgent hospitalization and surgical examination.
