Hepatosplenomegaly
A simultaneous enlargement of liver and spleen size. It is characterised by sensation of fullness and distention in the upper part of abdomen, increasing shortness of breath. Enlargement of the circumference of the abdomen and tenderness are not always typical symptoms.
