How to adjust your caloric intake

If you want to keep your weight unchanged, you should remain at your daily caloric maintenance level. If you want to lose weight, you should reduce your calories below your maintenance level or increase your activity level. If you want to gain weight you ought to increase your calories above your maintenance level.
